Risk management for large-scale for construction projects including analyzing, measuring, and reporting scheduling, supply chain. Results include mitigating delays, cost reduction, and timeline scenario evaluation.

Enterprise scale PMO and project delivery. Aligning key stakeholder interests across complex projects involving multiple, varied, and potentially conflicting interests. Activities include documentation, timeline management, feedback, analytics and progress tracking.

Work with clients to standardize processes and drive adoption of a new EPC system and features. Refining documentation and developing training programs within the client's business groups. Results include deprecating of siloed systems and improved internal collaboration.

Developing training programs for municipal government employees using the Bluebeam platform. Results include increased usage and advanced feature adoption adding value to the City of Seattle's subscription for this service.
